New section on standards added

​A new website section summarising the informtion on technical standards and regulations concerning the large fans and transformes has been added, find the link ​here.

It also provides more details about the research conducted by the INTAS consortium for large fans and power transformers, which is available in the project's Deliverable 2.1, downloadable from this section.
